An aperitif, a good glass of wine, a cocktail, draught beer, a snack. Our hotel bar is located in the first 2 of the 3 authentic mediaeval tunnel vaults: Caves Caroli. A stylish start to your evening: dinner in the Restaurant or Brasserie, or a night out on the town.

What’s more, the comfortable easy chairs make Cave II an excellent location for a daytime brainstorming session or a meeting for up to 12 persons. Do you want to organise a private drinks party? We will be pleased to book Cave III for you.

Brasserie Goeie Louisa is open from Monday to Sunday. Beverages and snacks are served from 8.30am until 10.30pm, and lunch and dinner are served between 11.30am and 10.30pm. The brasserie opens at 10am on Saturdays and Sundays.
