The ambience
You are welcome in our Bar & Lounge from 10:00 AM. At the beginning of the day you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with pastry or order a light lunch. For those guests arriving later on in the day we serve a refreshing drink of your choice and you can choose from our selection of bites.

Underneath the Bar & Lounge used to be the cesspool where even Charles V had his hopes dashed. The staircase beneath the glass panel in the monastery kitchen descends to the basement, previously utilized for tasks such as laundry and caring for the injured.
