HERTOG VAN BRUNSWIJK
The Hertog van Brunswijk room is a small with beautiful light, located in the main building. Thanks to the daylight coming in through the side windows, this is an inspiring room that invites concentration and consultation. A historical city drawing from the Utrecht Archive adorns the wall and gives the room extra character, and a movable wall allows the room to be enlarged into the larger Hertogen Room.
The hall is named after the Hertog van Brunswijk, who was military governor of 's-Hertogenbosch from 1751 to 1784. He was known as “the fat duke”, presumably because of his obesity.
