The function


You are energetic and have an eye for detail.

You enjoy working in a tidy and presentable environment.

You love sophisticated cuisine and are used to thinking in numbers from 10 to 250 guests.

You have experience with banquet production techniques and have worked in luxury hotels.


Because your working hours are mainly Monday through Friday, you usually have the weekends off. No two days are the same, but you are at your best when you get to do varied work. It keeps you on your toes. You don’t panic when you have to work hard, because it can be quite busy in this department. But there are also quiet moments when you have time for mise en place work.
