Neem een kleine pauze van het dagelijks leven. Iedere massage en elke druppel weldadige olie doen het lichaam herleven. Schoonheidsspecialiste Kristel van Oostenbruggen verwelkomt u in de zevende hemel met heerlijke behandelingen.


Aandacht voor lichaam en geest. Verfris en verstevig de huid met een van de diepwerkende gezichtsbehandelingen, manicures of lichaamspakkingen. Vergeet daarna al uw zorgen tijdens een van de heerlijke massages.

Annuleringsbeleid: als u niet in de mogelijkheid bent om op uw afspraak te komen, vragen we u dit 48 uur van te voren aan te geven. Voor reserveringen die geannuleerd worden in minder dan 48 uur van te voren, wordt 50% van de totale boeking alsnog in rekening gebracht. Voor reserveringen die binnen 24 uur van te voren geannuleerd worden, geldt dat 100% van de totale boeking in rekening wordt gebracht. Wanneer u te laat bent op uw afspraak, wordt de geplande eindtijd van de behandeling aangehouden.

    By means of clearly indicated routing in all public areas and adapted arrangements in our restaurants and halls.

    Sufficient disinfectants are available in the general areas and the rooms.

    At each entrance there is a doorman who welcomes our guests and asks the health questions. Only guests with reservations are allowed to enter, so we always know how many guests are present.

    We can no longer take your coat from you, you can hang it on the appropriate coat racks. Our employees will designate these.

    Depending on where you need to be, you will be assigned a toilet group.

    We ensure that all measures we take are clearly visible, and there are also enough employees available to answer your questions and provide you with further information.

    Yes, you can still park your car with us under the same conditions. We will provide you with an exit ticket at the end of your stay.

    Rooms & facilities

    In principle, check-in proceeds as usual. To prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, there are plexiglass screens at the reception. The reception is also regularly cleaned.

    Your room will only be cleaned when you are not present. If you stay within the walls of Karel V all day, you can arrange with the reception what time you want your room to be cleaned. This is possible between 9 AM and 2 PM.

    Due to hygiene measures, we only offer an à la carte breakfast instead of a breakfast buffet. You can reserve a table in the Restaurant via reception or opt for room service or a take-away breakfast. You can place your order for this via the breakfast menu in the room.

    Our porters will ask you if it is desirable to bring your luggage to the room and they will do this with a trolley.

    Our fitness and wellness facilities are open. Reservations are mandatory and can be done at the reception. Our Puur beauty salon is open by appointment.

    Yes, you can order dishes and drinks from the menu throughout the day. The room service menu can be found on the television in your hotel room. You can place your order by phone.

    The hotel bar remains available for hotel guests who want to enjoy a snack and/or drink from the bar menu. Reservations are also necessary for the bar, this can be done on the spot. Naturally, measures have also been taken here to keep us at a sufficient distance.


    All our rooms are adapted to the 1.5 meter society. Our team is happy to think with you about the possibilities and which room and layout are suitable for this.

    Lunch and dinner are certainly possible. Due to hygiene measures, we serve packed lunches instead of a buffet lunch. The options for lunch and dinner are discussed with our team in advance.

    Breaks outside the room are possible in time blocks. The options will be discussed with you on the day of the meeting.

    Restaurant & Bistro & Terrace

    Serving drinks and dishes is done by means of special trays and carts.

    The setups in our Bistro and Restaurant are adapted to the 1.5 meter rule. The chairs at the tables are also set apart. There is one entrance and one exit in each room, unless the passage provides enough space to allow two-way traffic.
