Chef Jules Borninkhof and host Koen Roelofs serve their favorite dishes from the open kitchen. The Chef and his brigade are inspired by the seasons and prefer to cook with artisanal and organic products from the region with a touch of contemporary experience. Carefully selected for you and checked for freshness. Koen and his team will make sure you are fully taken care of and have a wonderful experience.

In addition to the menu, it is also possible to order a lunch or dinner chef’s menu. For lunch, choose from a 2 or 3 course menu and for dinner from a 3 or 4 course menu.
