LATE DINNER
The final evening of the year deserves a truly memorable celebration. During the Late Dinner at Brasserie Goeie Louisa, you will enjoy a refined five-course dinner in a warm and festive atmosphere. As midnight approaches, celebrate the arrival of the new year together with a festive champagne toast.
The Late Dinner is exclusively available in combination with an overnight stay at Grand Hotel Karel V. Enjoy a five-course dinner, including a festive champagne toast, as part of your stay. This exclusive package is available from €615 for two guests, or choose the all-inclusive package from €715 for two guests, including carefully selected wine pairings, coffee, tea and table water.

- Is a vegetarian or vegan festive menu available?
Yes. Alongside our classic festive menu, we also offer a fully vegetarian and vegan menu, ensuring every guest can enjoy a complete culinary festive experience.
Do you have a vegetarian or vegan preference, or other dietary requirements? Please inform us in advance so our kitchen can accommodate your wishes. Unfortunately, if we are not informed in time, we may not always be able to make adjustments on the evening itself.

- Is parking available at Grand Hotel Karel V?
Yes. Grand Hotel Karel V offers ample private parking directly next to the hotel. Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance. Should our car park be full, a covered public parking garage is located just a two-minute walk away. Click here for more information about directions and parking.
- Does Grand Hotel Karel V set off fireworks on New Year's Eve?
No. Grand Hotel Karel V does not organise its own fireworks display. However, from the hotel and our historic gardens, you can enjoy beautiful views of the fireworks over Utrecht at midnight while experiencing the festive atmosphere in complete comfort.
- What is the difference between the Early Dinner and the Late Dinner?
The Early Dinner is served from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM and is ideal if you would like to spend the rest of the evening at your own leisure.
The Late Dinner takes place from 8:00 PM to midnight and concludes with a festive champagne toast as the clock strikes twelve.
