Our Christmas and New Year's reception includes a festive glass of cava on arrival, beer, house wines, soft drinks, roasted nuts, a traditional Dutch snack selection and warm bites. Would you like to extend your gathering? Simply add an extra hour with unlimited drinks.

- Is a vegetarian Christmas menu available?
  Yes. Alongside our festive menu, we also offer a fully vegetarian and vegan menu, ensuring every guest can enjoy a complete culinary festive experience.
  Do you have a vegetarian or vegan preference, or any other dietary requirements? Please let us know in advance so our kitchen can accommodate your wishes. Unfortunately, if we are not informed in time, we cannot always guarantee adjustments on the day of your event.
- Can you accommodate allergies or dietary requirements?
  Absolutely. If you have allergies, dietary requirements or other special requests, please inform us in advance so we can prepare a suitable alternative. Unfortunately, if we do not receive this information in time, we may not be able to accommodate these requests on the day itself.
- Can I pay my booking by invoice?
  Yes, this is possible for existing Grand Hotel Karel V clients. If your organisation has previously hosted an event with us, we would be pleased to discuss payment by invoice. Different payment terms may apply to new clients.
- Can I combine a reception with a dinner?
  Certainly. Combine your Christmas or New Year's reception with a three-, four- or five-course dinner and turn your gathering into a fully catered afternoon or evening. Our events team will gladly advise you and create a programme tailored to your group.
- Which venue is most suitable for my group?
  Our venue pages provide the maximum capacity and a detailed description of each room, making it easy to find the ideal setting for your group and preferred layout. If you would like personal advice, our events team will be happy to assist.
- Is parking available at Grand Hotel Karel V?
  Yes. Grand Hotel Karel V offers ample private parking directly next to the hotel. Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance. Should our car park be full, a covered public parking garage is located just a two-minute walk away. Click here for more information about directions and parking.
- Can guests stay overnight after the event?
