In the warm, historic ambiance of Brasserie Goeie Louisa, enjoy a relaxed evening filled with refined flavours, genuine hospitality, and memorable moments shared with family, friends, or colleagues.
Begin your evening with a festive glass of Champagne before enjoying a carefully curated five-course Christmas dinner, where seasonal ingredients and classic Christmas flavours come together beautifully. Looking for the complete experience? Choose our all-inclusive package, including perfectly paired wines, coffee, tea, and table water. A delicious vegetarian menu is also available.

- Is a vegetarian or vegan Christmas menu available?
Yes, alongside our classic festive menu, we also offer a fully vegetarian and vegan menu, ensuring every guest can enjoy a complete festive dining experience.
If you have a vegetarian or vegan preference, or any other dietary requirements, please let us know well in advance so our kitchen can prepare accordingly. Unfortunately, if we are not informed in time, we may not be able to accommodate these requests on the evening itself.

Yes, Grand Hotel Karel V offers a spacious private car park directly next to the hotel. Please note that it is not possible to reserve a parking space in advance. Should our car park be full upon arrival, there is a covered public parking garage just a two-minute walk from the hotel.
