Phishing Attempts
Targeting Hotel GuestsDear Guest(s),
We are currently receiving reports from travelers who have been targeted by phishing attempts via various channels, including fake emails, text messages (such as WhatsApp), or websites.
These fraudulent messages often falsely claim that there is an issue with the payment of an upcoming stay and ask guests to enter payment details via a link.
These messages are not sent by Grand Hotel Karel V.
The senders misuse well-known Grand Hotel Karel V and Best Western logos to make it appear as though the messages originate from our hotel. This is not the case.
Never click on links in these messages and do not share any personal or payment details.
